The spray on Polyurea roofing system is a fully adhered, monolithic, watertight polyurethane coating. It can be applied as part of a new build, in retrofit or part of a maintenance application and can be used for waterproofing roofs of all types, including felt, concrete, bitumen, asbestos type sheeting, tiles, plywood and metal decking. This unique, revolutionary (as used in the UK’s first ever Eco – friendly ‘passive house’) system provides a seamless, maintenance free, fast drying coating that seals and protects all exterior roof problems. It gives a totally weather resistant surface that can withstand extreme temperatures. The service temperature is -40F to 250F (-50°C to 120°C).
